Fees and Charges

2008 Enrolment Fees and Charges

TAFEWA students are not included in the Higher Education Contribution Scheme (HECS) and hence do not have to pay HECS.

You must pay all of your fees at time of enrolment, you are not officially enrolled with CYOC until such time as your fees are paid.

TAFEWA fees are paid by the semester at the time of enrolment and the total charge is made up of three types of fees, the enrolment tuition fee, the materials (resource) fee and the handling fee.

These three components are explained below:

1.  Enrolment Tuition Fees

The TAFEWA enrolment tuition fees apply to all vocational award courses/qualifications including apprenticeships and traineeships and vary from course to course.  The fees are calculated based on the nominal hours assigned to each unit of competency that you enrol into.
